On the nose: soft fruitiness of fresh olive, with light touches of green apple and artichoke, and a slight spicy nuance typical of Arbequinos from Jaen, very high in percentage of oleic acid and polyphenols, which gives them extraordinary stability.
In the mouth it has an elegant entry; It is fluid and sweet on the palate, although a slight spiciness and barely perceptible bitterness gradually appear.
Consumption suggestions: Excellent for cooking fish, vinaigrettes and mayonnaises. Very suitable for replacing butter in the preparation of cakes and creams.

Same tasting as the family reserve but with more intensity.
On the nose it has a medium fruitiness of green olive and leaf, fragrant and quite complex aroma, balsamic with hints of mint, mint and some citrus.
In the mouth with a well-structured and persistent body, it has a very balanced bitterness and spiciness.
Consumption suggestions: Special for salad dressings, tomato soup, gazpacho, ham and cheese, grilled meats.

On the nose, intense fruitiness of green olive, great complexity and harmony of fresh fruits, highlighting banana, apple and green almond. Herbaceous and floral touches, artichoke and green spike.
In the mouth, the warmth and sweetness stand out from the moment it enters. It is elegant and harmonious, with barely perceptible bitterness and slight spiciness. Almond aftertaste and good persistence.
Consumption suggestions: Grilled vegetables, tomato sauce, fish such as salmon, cod and meats such as rabbit and chicken.
