This cava has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, fine bubbles with a continuous rosary and a crown shape.

On the Nose Its intense aromas of apple and tropical fruits stand out on the nose. Its aroma is reminiscent of a bakery with bread fresh from the oven.

In the mouth you can see a well-balanced acidity with the alcoholic content and in the retronasal it reminds us of fruity aromas.

PAIRING

It goes very well to accompany prawns, ham, cheese. It is perfect to accompany foie-gras, caviar and fish.
