Vineyards in the La Guardia area that are more than 30 years old, harvested completely manually. Carbonic maceration, that is, vatted and fermented with whole bunches in its first days. This process gives this wine a great personality, with markedly fruity aromas and flavors. Cherry color with purple tones.
