The harvest is done manually in boxes of 15kg.
Tasting Notes:
Deep cherry red, with violet tones even in the edge of the glass. It is enormously seductive in the nose with a strong aroma of black fruit preserves and traces of roasted coffee and pastry cream which evolve in spicy scents. In the mouth, its strong character and volume remind us of its Mediterranean heritage, with smooth tannins evolve into a lasting and balanced end, with delicate fruit and roasted nuts.
Aging:
aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 6 months in containers of 10,000 liters of French oak ideal to enhance the fruity notes of this wine. Finca Monasterio is bottled without being filtered or stabilized, so there may be natural sediment.
