Harvest:
Recollected by hand in boxes of 20 kg to protect the quality of the
Grapes. Recollection takes place in the second half of August.

Tasting Notes:
Crystalline pale straw color.
Aromatic and fruity with deep notes of fresh Muscat varietal which reminds of Alsace. A fine, elegant and intense aroma. In the mouth is broad and very fruity with hints of anise and fennel. Great mix between acidity and sweetness.
This wine is unique, very powerful and temperamental. A rich, round and elegant taste.

Elaboration process:
The stemmed grapes are lightly squeezed and fermented in low capacity stainless steel tanks in a temperature controlled environment after a period of maceration.

Suggested use:
Combines well with fish and seafood as well as with fresh cheeses.

11%

6 º -8 º C
