Tasting Note

Bright cherry red with a medium-high layer, clean. Slight reflections of dull ruby from its passage through the barrel.

Sweet pastry tones appear, hints of very ripe red and black fruits, lactic, strawberry tones, balsamic and hints of scrub. Sensationally delicate.

The attack is original, with a soft and delicate step, but with the personality of a great wine, round and polished. Notes of ripe fruits macerated with sweet kitchen spices soon appear. Roasted minerals and mocha.
