TIME IN BARREL: 8 MONTHS FRENCH AND AMERICAN OAK
TASTING NOTE:
Wine with a high measured intensity, cherry red with slight garnet nuances, clean and bright.
Aromas of red and black forest berries, spicy aromas of medium aging with hints of toffee, cinnamon and vanilla. The cherry on top is those fleeting floral aromas of white and blue flowers.
The entrance is pleasant, clean and very elegant. Good balance. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and notes of toffee and cream caramels appear.
