Excellent extra virgin olive oil from early harvest (November 8) that comes from Finca La Samiaja in Archidona, Malaga. 100% natural with intense aroma and fruity green that retains all the vitamins and natural antioxidants, allowing, in the mouth, to appreciate the positive feelings that bring the attributes of bitter and spicy.

Tasting Notes:

In Nose: Aroma Fruity intense green olive, with nuances of freshly cut grass, tomato and green apple.

In the mouth: It presents a bitter progressive of entrance that develops the spicy. It has a body and a slight astringency that adds personality.

Extraction: Continuous system of 2 phases. Cold extraction.
