The unique flavor of this wine reflects the breed of the best Chardonnay vines matured in the sun and swayed by the gentle Mediterranean breeze.

Tasting Note:

Pale greenish yellow color.

Intense varietal aromatic expression with fruity notes of peach, grapefruit, pineapple and other exotic fruits.

The palate is broad and silky, balanced with vanilla provided by the oak.

Elaboration:

After a 24-hour cold maceration, Laudum Chardonnay has fermented in new Allier and Nevers oak barrels, remaining there until it is bottled.

4 months in barrel

Pairing:

Ideal to accompany shellfish, oysters, fish, smoked meats, white meats and foie.

Silver to the Marquis of Alicante

In Brussels, last April, the VIII Edition of the International Wine Competition took place: "Concours Mondial de Bruxelles".

120 experts, oenologists, specialized journalists, O.I.V. officials, sommeliers... gathered to participate in this event and meet this year's winners. This year the Jury of professionals had to select from among the 3,006 wine samples sent, those that deserved this special recognition for their quality.

Among the participating Spanish wineries, BOCOPA was the only Alicante winery awarded a Silver Medal. In addition, the award went, for the second consecutive year, to its red wine, "Marqués de Alicante", Crianza 97, made with Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot grapes. This award undoubtedly constitutes a precious qualitative guarantee sought after by
